A Restored Historic Barn on the Redwood Park Estate
Set within the Redwood Park estate, The Barnstay is a beautifully restored barn offering characterful accommodation for groups.
Originally constructed more than 160 years ago, the barn retains many of its original features including hand-sawn timber floorboards, soaring ceilings and exposed structural beams.
The restoration preserves the building’s historic character while introducing the modern comforts required for a relaxed stay.
INCLUSIONS
- 4 bedrooms and loft suite. The bedroom layout consists of:
- 1 loft suite with queen bed
- 1 king room
- 1 queen room
- 1 twin double bedroom; and
- 1 family room that sleeps 5
- All bedrooms have linen supplied including bathtowels. All bedrooms have columns heaters and ceiling fans. For those cooler months, warm doonas and throws are supplied.
- Bathroom with 3 showers (lined with subway tiles and custom-made copper pipe fittings) and toilets.
- Fully equipped kitchen with concrete benchtop, including a 900m wide oven with gas cooktop, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.
- Lounge room with Flatscreen TVs, DVD player and range of DVD’s.
- Fan forced slow combustion fireplace.
