Fennel & Co are a family owned and operated Hunter Valley and Newcastle catering company. Owner and Executive chef James Borg and his wife Tess have been operating throughout the area for the past 16 years.
They are passionate about pairing delicious fresh seasonal food with friendly and attentive customer service and pride themselves on sourcing local suppliers, preferring to work Paddock to Plate, creating menus that reflect the best of Australian produce and seasonality.
Their customised approached and variety of packages means you can relax and enjoy your special day. You are not restricted to The Woodhouse and may wish to have canapes, bigger bites or a grazing table served lakeside while your guests are enjoying relaxing amongst the paperbark trees, playing outdoor games.
Currently Redwood Park is not licensed as it BYO (charges apply). In 2019 drinks should also be available. The wine list will feature outstanding regional wines as well as a diverse selection of boutique beers to suit all tastes. Beverages will be able to be charged according to consumption and with an open bar or a prearranged limit. Alternatively we will offer beverage packages to suit various budgets commencing at $50/person.
